Into the Wild is this year's fashion show put on by the Fashion Merchandising and Design Society at Virginia Tech. I've interviewed the show's coordinators, Lauren Steele and Amanda Gordon, to give you all a better insight into the making of Into the Wild and its inspiration.
I'm a little late to posting these, but here is a little photoshoot my boyfriend and I did while I was home for Spring Break. At the end, I'll provide some links so you all can get this look, too. :)
The minimalist style is a huge trend right now. Simple, clean, and of course, minimal: that's the idea.
People sometimes assume being minimal means leaving out accessories. Though I do think the style should be accessorized simply and delicately (and at a minimum), I don't think you have to eliminate them from your outfits. These accessories from ASOS, Urban Outfitters, and Forever 21 embody and enhance the new trend perfectly. Scroll through to see more!
Jeans are some of the most versatile pieces of clothing. Personally, I wear them in so many different ways. Here are are 8 outfits I made on Polyvore that all coordinate with different occasions. Check them out!
I don't know about you all, but I love painting my nails. Getting manicures are fun, too, but I'm a college girl on a college budget. All humor aside, I actually don't dislike doing my nails. It frees me of guilt when they chip, and I can change my polish color as often as I want.
This post is going to be all about finding polish colors that match your style/fashion personality. Specifically, I'll be referring to Essie polishes. Now if you're anything like me, your style could be a few of these combined. That's fine! Just scroll through and explore. There are 8 styles: glamorous, preppy, minimalistic grunge, bold, simply classic, bohemian, feminine chic, and sporty.
