The best way to follow your schedule is to check it often. Look at your agenda first thing every morning. This will give you an idea of what you need to get done during the day. Check it again around lunch time, and cross off any completed tasks. Continue to do this throughout the day, and before you go to bed, check your schedule one last time. Be sure you've gotten everything done, and then create a set of goals for the next day. Being proactive is one of the best ways to reduce stress: trust me! Take Time for Yourself Being in college can be stressful, so take care of yourself. Make your mental and physical health a priority. Set goals, but be realistic. Work hard, but take breaks.
